Too much fat does reduce insulin effect and increases insulin resistance , but stored fat – meaning obesity
So excess of everything is of course bad
That’s why I’m against using oils , but nuts , seeds are excellent sources of healthy fat and nature has designed all these things so much that you cannot over do it.
Oils are man’s creations.
That’s why raw food is the best – it is what’s “ prescribed “ by Mother Nature.
But as I posted earlier – a healthy body is composed of 16% fat , 16% protein -62% water , 6% minerals and 1% carbs
So this is reflected in our diet , we will synchronize with natural composition
