Dr. Nitu Bajekal, a UK-based women’s health expert with over 40 years of experience, delivered a powerful and evidence-based talk addressing critical women’s health topics—ranging from PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, fertility to breast and cervical cancer. Her emphasis on the role of nutrition and lifestyle medicine in preventing and managing these conditions resonated deeply with the audience.
