Her emphasis on the role of nutrition and lifestyle medicine in preventing and managing these conditions resonated deeply with the audience. \nAcknowledgment: \nWe extend heartfelt thanks to Plant Powered Metro New York (PPMNY) for their collaboration with World Vegan Vision (WVV) in co-hosting this important program. Their support was invaluable in outreach and community engagement. \nKey Highlights: \n\n👥 75+ attendees\, including a mix of healthcare-conscious individuals\, families\, and wellness advocates.\n🥗 A Vegan plant-based\, oil-free dinner was served after the session\, encouraging healthy lifestyle practices.\n🩺 Dr. Bajekal addressed real-life women’s health concerns with clarity\, empathy\, and practical guidance.\n❓ A vibrant Q&A session followed\, where audience members raised questions around hormonal health\, cancer risk\, and holistic living.\n📚 We raffled 5 of Dr. Bajekal’s books.\n\nConclusion: \nThe session was highly appreciated for its relevance\, depth\, and warmth\, especially by women seeking better health solutions.
