Initiated by World Vegan Vision\, the celebration emphasized compassion and environmentalism through the exclusive use of plant-based offerings for the entire ceremony. \nThe bold initiative\, led by Mr. Dilip Upadhaya and supported by prominent figures like Nina & Nitin Vyas\, Utkarsh Pandya\, and the Modi family\, was warmly received by the community. The day’s events started with traditional Ganesh Staphana rituals and were enriched by evening bhajans featuring Sangeeta Ji and Aditi Banerjee’s group. \nA highlight of the event was Dr. Shrenik Shah’s insightful discourse on the importance of incorporating vegan principles in religious ceremonies to promote planetary health.
